He has developed, built and constructed many real estate projects including high end custom homes communities, high rise apartment buildings, townhouses, as well as commercial buildings in various countries. |
Dr. Johna has been in Costa Rica for the last 22 years. He master planned, developed, built and sold the project “Hacienda del Sol”, located in Santa Ana, San José, Costa Rica, which today is one of the most sought after project in the country. It won the Rene Frank Award, the most prestigious award given by the Chamber of Real Estate of Costa Rica for innovative ideas and its unique design and amenities.
